By placing an order in the Daily Observations webshop. You agree with these terms and conditions:
Order
By pressing the “Place Order” button, you have entered into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item(s). You will receive a confirmation by email. If this is not the case, we have not received your order either. Then please contact us by email at info@dailyobservations.eu.
Daily Observations will ship your order as soon as possible after receiving the payment, but no later than within five working days. The specified shipping time is indicative. An exception to the shipping time is when the webshop is temporarily closed. We will clearly state the shop closure on the Daily Observations website.
Exceeding any delivery period does not give the right to compensation or the right to cancel the order or terminate the agreement.

CANCELATIONS
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation by emailing info@dailyobservations.eu. Please make sure to state your name and order number clearly. We will refund your payment within 14 days.
COMPLAINTS
We take complaints very seriously. Please send us an email within 14 days after receiving the parcel. After that period, we will not accept any complaints.
Daily Observations will consider only emails.
RETURNS
When you are not satisfied with the items received, you have the right to return them except for products from the Sale, Personalised products and products specially made for you. If you want to return an item, you have to register this at info@dailyobservations.eu within 14 days after receiving your package.
Make sure to state your name and order number clearly. Please return the items after you have received our confirmation. The costs and the risk of the return shipment are for the buyer. We will return the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your items. The shipping costs are refunded in full if you send back your entire order.
We will not accept any returns if the items are used, damaged, or without prior email contact.
We only accept returns of products in their original packaging.
Custom made orders are not eligible for returns.
Digital downloads, ebooks, and online courses are not eligible for returns.
SHIPPING
We ship our articles with the most outstanding possible care. We recommend that you have the order sent with Track & Trace or insured.
During checkout, you have the choice of various forms of shipment. For shipment outside the Netherlands: If you choose Standard Shipping, the order is not traceable or insured. We are not liable for loss, damage to the package, or the content.
The shipping costs are calculated on checkout.
PRIVACY
We are using your private info only for our administration and communication with you.
We will not use them otherwise or give them away to third parties. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

All texts, pictures, photographs, drawings, Fine art prints, Products, logo’s from the Daily Observations website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. These Intellectual property rights will in no way, shape, or form ever go over to different (righteous) persons allowed to enter the Site. Because products are subject to constant change, no rights can be derived from publications on the website. This Site’s user is prohibited from reproducing (parts of), distributing, or using the Site’s content without the prior written permission of Daily Observations.
